Whole game hen ripped apart by my bare hands of course. Those little cocktail onions Some vinooo Bacon. Lots of bacon Mushrooms whole not sliced Garlic! I used a whole elephant garlic. A little flour to thicken the wine sauce. And I fryed the game hen with vegetable oil I believe
